By creating an account or using Naralingo ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Naralingo is an evolving service. Features may change, be removed, or be unavailable at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss of data or functionality.

You must sign in with a valid Google account or with an email and password. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must not share access to your account with others or use the Service on behalf of another person without their consent.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Naralingo. By signing in you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Certain features (lesson generation, speech analysis, translation) consume credits. Some credits are included free of charge; additional credits are available through a paid subscription. We reserve the right to change credit costs, allocations, or plans.

Credits have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and are not refundable. We may adjust credit costs or allocations at any time.

You retain ownership of any audio recordings and text you submit to Naralingo. By uploading content you grant us a limited licence to process it (transcription, analysis, lesson generation) solely to provide the Service to you.

You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

Lessons, transcripts, corrections, and vocabulary suggestions are generated by AI models (OpenAI, Google). AI output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. Naralingo does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content and it should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional language instruction.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
• Circumvent credit limits or access controls.
• Upload audio containing personal data of third parties without their consent.
• Resell or redistribute content generated by the Service.

The Naralingo name, logo, and original software are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership of our IP to you.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naralingo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these terms or if we decide to discontinue the Service. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@naralingo.com.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes via the app or by email.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
